1. About Ahern Health
Ahern Health provides health education, AI-powered wellness guidance, mold and electromagnetic field assessments, and EMF mitigation recommendations.
Ahern Health is not a medical practice. Unless a service specifically states otherwise, we do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care.

3. AI App
Our app uses artificial intelligence to provide educational wellness information and help users organize and explore health-related topics.
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. It should not be treated as medical advice or relied upon to make medical decisions without consulting a qualified provider.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying information before acting on it.
4. Environmental Assessments
Our mold and EMF assessments reflect the conditions that can be observed, accessed, and measured at the time of the appointment. Conditions may change, and some sources may be inaccessible or undetectable without additional testing or invasive investigation.
An assessment does not guarantee that every source of mold, moisture, or EMF exposure will be identified. Our findings are not a medical diagnosis and do not establish that an environmental condition caused a particular symptom or illness.
Additional laboratory testing may be recommended based on the property and initial findings. Any additional testing and related charges will be discussed before being added.
5. Mold Remediation
We do not perform mold remediation. Mold assessment and remediation must be handled separately where required by applicable law. Any remediation work must be completed by a qualified, independent provider selected by the customer.
Ahern Health is not responsible for the work, recommendations, pricing, or conduct of third-party remediation companies.
6. EMF Recommendations
We may provide EMF mitigation recommendations and solutions based on measurements taken during an assessment.
Results may vary depending on the property, electrical systems, nearby infrastructure, devices, and changes made after the assessment. We cannot guarantee that every source will be removed or that mitigation will produce a specific health outcome.
7. Appointments, Pricing, and Payment
Current pricing will be displayed when you schedule a service or request a quote. Pricing may depend on the property’s size, layout, testing scope, travel requirements, and laboratory samples.
Payment is due according to the terms shown during booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, travel, and refund policies presented during booking are part of these Terms.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when using our services. For property assessments, you are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being evaluated and disclosing known hazards or unsafe conditions.
You must not misuse our website or app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful material, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
9. Privacy
Your use of Ahern Health is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what information we collect and how it is used, stored, and shared.
Do not submit another person’s health or personal information without their permission.
10. Intellectual Property
The Ahern Health name, branding, website, app, written content, graphics, reports, and other materials are owned by Ahern Health or used with permission.
You may use materials provided to you for your personal use. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, modify, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, privacy practices, recommendations, or results. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Health and environmental circumstances vary from person to person and property to property. We do not guarantee any particular health, inspection, mitigation, or remediation outcome.
Testimonials and personal stories describe individual experiences and do not promise that another person will receive the same results.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahern Health provides its website, app, information, and services without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or free from errors.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahern Health will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website, app, information, or services.
Ahern Health’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid Ahern Health for the service connected to that claim.
